Founded in 1977, we have more than 35 years experience in designing, installing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems for clients who own or manage commercial, retail and industrial properties.

In recent years, we have retained many of our clients, who include facilities managers, architects, surveyors, planners, developers and builders. We provide services to clients in any sector, but we have specific expertise in the education, hotel, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and corporate property markets.
We began as a gas heating service company contracted to British Gas. In the mid 1990s, we expanded into the full heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) market and still have some of the same clients today. GLP is run by directors Philip Wybrow and David Dixon, who have more than 60 years engineering experience between them.
